As soon as you receive the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) such as a University or College and PAL, you should apply for a student visa without delay.

Most Canadian Universities assess applications and finalize admission decisions between December and May, as they receive students' updated grades.
