Apply for Short-Term Programs
in Canada
Admission, immigration, and study/work permit requirements
can change. Always confirm current requirements before making final decisions.
Check the application and admissions process with the Canadian Language Schools that interest you, as each school has its own specific procedures and deadlines.

Admission requirements can differ, but most Canadian Language Schools expect students to demonstrate they have sufficient funds to cover the entire cost of the program. During the application process, you may be asked to provide extra information, such as educational transcripts or proof of a specific level of English proficiency.

Some colleges and universities in Canada offer conditional admission to their academic programs. Applicants with strong academic or professional qualifications but lacking in English language skills may receive this type of admission.

However, it does not guarantee acceptance into the college or university's academic programs. Students granted “conditional admission” may need to complete additional English language training or provide English language proficiency and/or academic test scores, along with any other requirements specified in their admission offer.
