How we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use this website and our services.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by EduXperience Associates Canada Inc. (Ontario Corporation Number 1693514), a Canadian education consulting company based in Toronto (“EduXperience”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the website, including CanStudyHub program search, and the consultation and educational services we provide.
We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, book a consultation, register for a workshop or program, or apply through our application portal, we collect the information you share. This can include your name, email address, phone number, country of citizenship or residence, education history, and documents you submit with an application.
Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the website is used and how quickly pages load. They record details such as the pages you visit, the website that referred you, your approximate country, and your device and browser type, without using cookies. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and protect the website.
Searches. The terms and filters you enter in program search are used to show matching results.
3. Quizzes
The Study in Canada Readiness Quiz and the Career Quiz run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or saved.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- answer your questions and provide the consultations and services you ask for
- prepare applications and send them to institutions or other organizations when you ask us to
- schedule appointments, workshops, classes and events
- send updates you have agreed to receive, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- improve the website and fix problems
- meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
5. When we share personal information
We share personal information only when it is needed for the purposes above:
- with schools, colleges, universities and other organizations involved in your application, when you ask us to act for you
- with our partner advising centres, if you work with one of them
- with service providers that help us run the website and our services, including Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Google (email and embedded maps), Calendly (consultation booking) and Railway (hosting for our application portal and program catalogue)
- when the law requires it
6. Other companies’ services and links
Some features are provided by other companies, which handle information under their own privacy policies. These include consultation booking on Calendly, embedded Google Maps, WhatsApp, and links to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram and institution websites. When you use them, those companies may collect information about you, including through cookies.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies when a map loads. Staff who sign in to manage website content receive a session cookie that sign-in needs to work.
8. Where information is stored
We are based in Canada, but some of our service providers store or process information in other countries, including the United States. Information stored outside Canada is subject to the laws of the country where it is held.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
10. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent to how we use it, subject to legal or contractual limits. You can also ask us to delete it. Email study@eduxperience.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
12. Students under the age of majority
Many of our programs are for high school students. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information with us. We may ask for their consent.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
