Last updated September 14, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to this website, including CanStudyHub program search, and to the services of EduXperience Associates Canada Inc. (Ontario Corporation Number 1693514) (“EduXperience”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Our services
We help international students plan their studies in Canada, including choosing programs and institutions, preparing applications, finding scholarships, applying for study permits and preparing for arrival. We also run educational projects such as the Tutoring Club, the Discover Canada Essay Contest, summer programs, and workshops and events.
Initial consultations are free. Other services are arranged by appointment and billed by invoice. The invoice or service agreement sets out the fees and what is included.
3. Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but programs, tuition, admission requirements and immigration rules change often. The information is general guidance, not a guarantee. Always confirm details with the institution and with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) before you make decisions or payments.
The readiness quiz, career quiz, cost figures and program search are planning tools. They do not decide whether you are eligible for a program, scholarship or permit.
4. Immigration advice
General information on this website is not legal or immigration advice. Advice about your own immigration matter is given only by a licensed immigration professional as part of a consultation or service agreement.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Institutions make admission decisions, IRCC decides study and work permit applications, and scholarship providers choose their recipients. We cannot guarantee any of these outcomes.
6. Other websites and services
This website links to institution websites, government websites and services run by other companies, such as Calendly, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
7. Using the website and our services
Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with how it works or try to access areas you are not authorized to use. We may refuse or end services for anyone who is abusive toward our staff or other participants.
8. Programs, contests and events
Some programs, such as the Discover Canada Essay Contest, have their own rules and requirements. Those rules apply in addition to these terms.
9. Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and course materials, belongs to EduXperience or is used with permission. You may view and print it for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission. Institution names and logos belong to their owners.
10. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, EduXperience is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the website or relying on its information, including errors in information provided by third parties.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
