- Passport or travel document
- Port of entry letter of introduction, if issued
- Temporary resident visa or eTA, if required
- Letter of Acceptance and updated enrolment documents
- Proof of funds and accommodation details
- Insurance, travel plan, and emergency contacts
At the port of entry
Answer questions clearly and consistently
Confirm your name, school, expiry date, and conditions
Keep digital and printed copies of documents
Ask before leaving if anything looks incorrect
Your first weeks
Attend orientation and confirm registration
Set up housing, phone, banking, transit, and health coverage
Read and follow your study permit conditions
Keep school and contact information current
Plan renewals before documents expire
